Reseller & Marketing Partner Disclosure
A plain explanation of who we are, how we're compensated, and what that means for you as a customer.
Independent business status
Order Star Internet is a DBA (doing-business-as) of DigiQuest Consulting LLC. We are an independently owned and operated business. We are not a division, subsidiary, franchise, or agent of any internet or telecommunications provider, and no provider owns or controls our business.
Reseller & marketing partner relationship
We operate under authorized marketing and/or retailer agreements with one or more master marketing partners and participating providers. Under these agreements, we are authorized to market certain services, answer questions about them, and help customers place orders. We do not set the pricing, terms, availability, or technical specifications of any provider's services — those are determined solely by the provider.
Compensation
We may receive compensation, such as a commission, from a provider or master marketing partner when a customer we refer completes a qualifying order. This compensation does not change the price you are quoted or charged by the provider. Our recommendations are based on what we understand to be available and suitable for your stated needs, not on which option pays us the most.
Third-party trademarks
Any provider names, logos, or trademarks that may appear on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used, where used, only to describe or reference the services we help market. Use of a third-party trademark on this site:
- Does not indicate that Order Star Internet owns, operates, or is officially affiliated with that provider beyond an authorized marketing/reseller relationship;
- Does not imply endorsement of Order Star Internet by the trademark holder; and
- Serves only to identify the services being marketed.
Consistent with our marketing agreements, we generally keep our website and advertising generic rather than displaying specific provider branding, logos, or promotional offer details, unless a specific use has been pre-approved in writing by the applicable provider or master marketing partner. No implied endorsement or official status
This website is the official website of Order Star Internet, a DBA of DigiQuest Consulting LLC. It is not the official website of any individual telecommunications or internet provider. References to a provider's products or services do not mean that provider operates, endorses, or is responsible for the content of this website.
Order fulfillment
When you place an order through us, your order is submitted to the applicable provider (or its designated order system) for acceptance. The provider — not Order Star Internet — installs and delivers the service, bills you, and is responsible for the service once it's active. Orders are not binding until accepted by the provider.
