Who we are
Order Star Internet is a DBA (doing-business-as) of DigiQuest Consulting LLC. We operate as an independent reseller and marketing partner, connecting people who are looking for internet service with the participating providers whose plans we're authorized to market. When you call us, you're speaking with our team — not a provider's in-house call center.
What we do
- Answer questions about internet options for homes, businesses, farms, and remote locations.
- Explain, in plain terms, what tends to determine availability, speeds, equipment, and pricing.
- Help you place an order directly with the applicable provider once you decide to move forward.
What we don't do
- We don't own, build, or operate any provider's network or equipment.
- We don't guarantee that a specific speed, price, or promotion is available at your address before we've checked.
- We don't handle your ongoing service, billing, or technical support once your order is active — that's handled directly by your provider.
Why availability varies
Internet providers build out their networks unevenly, and equipment availability changes over time. Two addresses a short distance apart can have different options. Rather than guess, our team checks with you directly and gives you a straight answer about what appears to be available before you decide anything.
How the reseller relationship works
We're authorized to market and help place orders for services from participating providers under separate agreements with those providers or their master marketing partners. We may receive compensation when a customer completes an order through us. This doesn't change the price you're quoted by the provider, and it doesn't make us the provider. After you order
