How we contact you by phone, text, and email — and how to stop.

Our current process is call-based.

We primarily follow up on inquiries by phone. If you provide an email address or mobile number, we may also use it to send you service-related updates about your specific inquiry or order. This page should not describe an SMS program that isn't actually in use.

Types of communications

Service-related communications — responses to your inquiry, confirmations, and updates about an order in progress. These are not promotional and are sent because you asked us a question or requested information.
Return calls — if you call us or submit a web form, we may call you back to follow up, consistent with our Call Recording Notice.
Marketing communications — we only send marketing calls, texts, or emails to numbers or addresses where we have appropriate consent under applicable law (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act). We do not currently operate an automated recurring SMS marketing program. Business Owner Confirmation Required

Message and data rates

If you receive a text message from us, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How to stop text messages

If you receive a text from us and want to stop, reply STOP. To get help, reply HELP or contact us at info@orderstarinternet.org.

How to stop calls

Ask our representative to add you to our internal Do Not Call list, or email info@orderstarinternet.org with the phone number to remove. We will honor the request promptly.

How to stop emails

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email info@orderstarinternet.org to opt out.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You do not need to agree to receive marketing calls, texts, or emails in order to purchase any service through us.
